The Holmes County Country Club was established in 1923. The Holmes County
Country Club is a private club which offers all of the amenities of the "big city" clubs with the small town
comforts and atmosphere. We host a 9 hole regulation length golf course, 35 par, 2,525 yards. This flat course
features water hazards and trees throughout its design. The signature hole is #2, a 254 yard, par 4, which requires
a challenging tee shot through the trees and over a water hazard. The greens are slightly sloped. There is
a second set of men's tees for playing an eighteen hole round. There are also senior and lady tees. The course
includes 200, 150 and 100 yardage markers. In addition to golf, the club has swimming pool along with two tennis
courts. The Club also offers a luxurious, newly decorated club house that is available for parties, receptions, weddings, and
other events. The Club House has a restaurant that is open every day and every Friday night. The Club House is
open Saturday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., and until 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
